T-Pose Freeze

I am trying to start a fresh game with a new set of mods after completely wiping and rebuilding my skyrim a few months ago. I started a new game the other day after downloading Sexlab and everything worked fine but after getting all my sexlab mods added in and trying to start a new game again today my character is stuck in a t-pose from the moment character creation loads. FNIS is not giving me any errors and i made sure my load order was as accurate as possible using LOOT and WRYE BASH. The attached papyrus log is from loading skyrim and creating a new character immediately and then quitting and its almost 5MB. I'm not good at figuring out the logs but it mostly mentions zad_DD and some other stuff. If anyone can help me figure out exactly what the problem is i would really appreciate it as I'm a little out of my depth here. My load order is also attached as i do not know how to add spoiler text...

some sexlabmods are not updated to the newest versions of DD-files and/or ZaZanimationspack... so check if your installed versions are matching the conditions

 

if you are using MO there might be conflict if you have more than 11000 animations during the FNIS-building process (even true for the XXL-version), so try to reduce some animations if that is true

 

and Sexlab Anim Loader should be above all SL-Animations to load (not sure if the given LoadOrdertxt is a result from Loot... but since Loot is a work in progress it would be recommended to load their newest version and let it do its magic)

So i have now updated my loot and that helped some of the load order. also made sure SLAnimLoader is above my extra anim esp's (just threw it at the top of the esp's in my load order) and i have checked all my sexlab mods and done my best to make sure they are all up to date and i am still having issues. just a couple extra details: i am using NMM not MO so hopefully that means the 11000 animation limit isn't a problem, I am still stuck in T-pose on character creation and have also tried using FNIS spells to force animations with no luck. I have also tried loading in after creation and sexlab activation in MCM and discovered that trying to load a save results in a CTD for me. Attaching my new load order and most recent Papyrus from my load CTD. Really out of my depth here so any advice is appreciated.
