creature prop mod or enemy prop?

Im curious, is there a way to place enemies as props to set up screenshots? or a way to summon enemies via console command so I can pose them? I mean theoretically I can likely just dress a bunch of followers as enemies and pose them, but was curious for creatures too. 

also things like lightning strikes to leave them in the air somehow or whatever lol sorry so all over the place, i know.thanks in advanced

Well you can join any faction in skyrim including animals,bandits ect.. then they wont attack you ... Poser mods work best for screen shots puppet-master can make them stay still also there is a lot of pose mods just depends what you want really

you can also  use console  "tdetect" (without quotemarks). Then you can walk arond and nobody will react on your Char.
