Arousing Armor and Attire Oldrim conversion

I am working on attempting to convert the Oldrim Arousing Armor and Arousing Attire mods to SE. ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17290 and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=17772 )

I have been using the tutorial posted here : https://www.loverslab.com/topic/25180-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/

They are obivously not built on the original CBBE body in any way and I am having troubles getting the sliders to match up. I know if it is too far off I will not be able to use Outfit Studio. The question is am I close enough, or will I have to use another method such as Nifskope and Blender?

Hm, you might find it easier/quicker to do the conversion from scratch, or look around and see if you can find a cbbe bodyslide conversion for them to start with.

Nice looking armours as well, the only sse CBBE conversion for armour replacers I have seen is killer keos and that has no sse CBBE bodyslide files available, they are or rather were under moderation on nexus.  Looking at what sse CBBE bodyslide conversion are coming out it looks like nobody has either the time or inclination to do any of the big packs, I would love either the shinshi or trx replacers in sse CBBE bodyslide, but freely admit I do not have the time to do them.

I do however have the sneaking suspicion that due to the changed from oldrim cbbe to the sse cbbe you would in effect be doing a new conversion from scratch, or at least it would take the same amount of time.  And while there is a conversion referance in outfit studio, the couple of time I used it the output was odd to say the least, breasts shrinking when going to 0 to 100% scale rather than growing as they should as well as other problems.

Though no matter how it gets done good luck with the conversion and hope to see it here or on nexus sooner or later.

No, Heckin no. Don't waste your time trying to find a bodyslide conversion, there is none. I hope it could be HDT but I'm only holding my breath for the conversion alone. Good luck.

I just took a look at it myself to see what issues you were experiencing in Outfit Studio, honestly.. you would be far better off recreating the outfit from scratch from the original vanilla meshes.. the issue is these outfits are very very low quality to be that skimpy. They need more poly's.. the vanilla meshes work even though they are low poly just because they cover everything. You can not go this skimpy for most of the default clothes without huge quality problems.

Anyway, just my opinion.. it would be quite a time investment to convert, and my concern is the end result of that conversion is going to look pretty bad regardless of what you do. If you however invested a lot more time in 3DS max you could add poly's in the problem areas.. along with edges and so on.
