[search] Make Skyrim more lively without too much script...

Hey I am searching for a NPC mod that adds more NPC's to the Roads and Towns.

The Problem here is it should not bring much more Script's to my Skyrim as it is about to crash any moment

 

So I am hoping that our Swarm-Mind maybe found something like that already
