galgaroth Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 The stable version of SoS SE has been released, let's use this thread for bug reporting. The mod can be found here. Please test in as many configurations as possible, the more we know about how it behaves the better and faster we can fix the issues. Post your findings here. Known issues: saving (manually or auto-save) causes a crash - solved with a save from an interior cell, SoS causes a crash after activation - solved SoS shop in Riverwood not working - solved brawl bug - solved ESM/ESP limit - solved
scipher99 Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Try using Alternate Start so you can skip the cart scene it buggy as hell anyway.
Farass Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Started new game with alternate start. Waited to all mods got registered. Tried to open menus, but this mod gives me instant ctd when opening skyrim menu. Before I can even enter the sos mcm. Uninstalled sos. checked again and everything works. Sos_debug log: absolutely nothing available for actor 00000014 race 00013746 Serialization_Save .DLL loaded correctly
galgaroth Posted March 5, 2018 Author Posted March 5, 2018 Alternate Start puts you in an interior cell, which means instant CTD for now. That message "nothing available..." is a generic message, Oldrim SoS prints plenty of those too. Using console commands from the main menu to place the player in Riverwood, I ran around for about an hour taking clothes off the player and other NPCs, fighting, talking, changing settings in MCM for player and NPCs etc and everything was fine until I tried to enter Whiterun. Then it crashed... I'm curious if Open Cities would make a difference here.
DykkenTomb Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Will be testing this for you. I need the full version of this to get a specific mod I'm using to work. I'll test over the course of the week to see if it works properly. You're bring over full i'm guessing?

What OS do you use? 51 minutes ago, DykkenTomb said: You're bring over full i'm guessing? Yup I installed some mods for revealing armors and a mod which adds another schlong type to choose from. I tried changing parameters for the player and all NPCs I encountered and everything worked as expected, no crash or other bug. I tested with Open Cities and entering Whiterun works, no crash. So it seems it's really the transition to interior cells that causes problems. Does anyone have any idea about why that might happen?
scipher99 Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 I might of posted this in wrong thread. try replaceing the SOSskeleton.nif with the newest one XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended and rename it to the SOS one and redo the behaviors with the GenerateFNISforModders.exe re-run FNIS with compatibility checked. I am now able to save, load interiors, and fast travel without CTD. I have ran into a few problem with the .nif files seems they didn't convert properly, but it has only been 4 nif's so far. this is the version I'm converting now SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim - 3.00.004. I haven't checked any of the .psc scripts yet but a couple of people say they need some tweaks but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I was able to have it running for almost an hour before I got a CTD. But this is what I have done so far I'll keep testing.

galgaroth Posted March 6, 2018 Author Posted March 6, 2018 It seems saving the game causes the crash, as pointed out by 4nik8tor here. If I disable auto-save, I can enter houses/shops/caves and fast-travel with no problems, if I try to save manually ... crash. Minor issue, right? I mean, you can totally play Skyrim from start to finish without saving once
DykkenTomb Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 I've posted most of the notes from my tests on the download thread. Hopefully, that was the right placed to report bugs and issues. I figured it was since it's where you can directly down load the mod. I won't be able to download the mod again. Hopefully, your able to use my feedback and on the issue and it'll help you with the testing. I really need this mod for what I want to do. I've got two other mods which depends on this one. I'll test to the best of my abilities to help you get this one working accordingly. I did use racemenu converted to help with the tests, but when I did it without it. I still had the same issues. The game crashed even quicker without Racemenu. It's either A. going to be a menu script or b. Be a SKSE64 hook script on start up. If you can figure out what call is causing the crash and why it's not allowing the mod to load properly. I think you'll find the rest of the issues to fall down. Please let me know if I've been of any help. I'll keep stalking the page from time to time for any updates to SOS full and test your next update.
buttluver Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 Been watching this thread hoping that SOS full for SE would someday become a reality. Noticed though that nothing has been posted of late. Has this idea been abandoned?

Noticed though that nothing has been posted of late. Has this idea been abandoned? Did you check the download sections. We've been hard at work. I've even created a HDT-SMP collision setup for SOSFull. It's pretty much working properly. They're a few other things we might have to add, but all in all it's working fine. I'm getting ready to add HDT-SMP to the full body in a couple of days and see if we can get it working through XML files. If anyone really wants to know. Mostly just adding belly, arms and legs collisions.

That would just about make Skyrim SE complete - lol.

I don't have a lot of time on my hands right now, but I'll check back in a couple of days to see. Unless you want to try and beat me too it.

FloppySOS has a 32bit .dll file in the SKSE folder so you will get a error 193 in the logs meaning no function. FloppySOS.dll and hdtPhysicsExtensions.dll but the HDT one can be swapped with the SMP one. If we can get interest from Pugwash99 and Galgorath to recompile it to 64bit you could handle the nif files and I could whip up some .XML files we could have this done in no time.
galgaroth Posted March 25, 2018 Author Posted March 25, 2018 I haven't been able to find any source code for FloppySoS, if anyone knows where to get it I would be happy to convert and compile it for SSE.

奈樱雪米 Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Hmmm, well. I've got crash problem, said before. I tried schlongsofskyrim.ini. It only works once, it will crash again if I reload the same save. Problem with schlongsofskyrim.dll.
DuskCypher Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Hey, new here. Is there any possibility of SOS getting a compatibility patch with tempered skins nude textures? currently using SOS light with the aforementioned but I'd like to be able to use SOS with it properly. -Dusk
