Barefoot shoe/leg armor that works with new UUNP feet and Bodyslide?

Hello. I've been trying to look for a good while for barefoot leg armour that'd work with Bodyslide and the new UUNP feet.

I notice that my characters feet change completely when I wear greaves from this old mod for example.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32948/?tab=files

I currently have Nisetanaka's the amazing world of bikini armor installed and it has one installed of barefooted greaves that work with the new UUNP feet.

I'm wondering if there are any other greaves, ankle bracer or legwrap mods that would work with new UUNP body. Or if anyone could update this old mod into working with the updated UUNP?

As a feet lover myself, I must say we always had a shortage of barefoot gear. That's why I tend to resort to invisible boots most of the time.
That said, there are a few options for ankles that actually look good. Salome dress, Dragon Song armor and Pearls v4 come to mind.

Was there something, in particular, you were looking at? Deleting the verts for the foot part of a nif file are not that hard.

Huh, thank you for this. No,nothing in particular that I was looking at but would this work with shoes that completely cover the feet? I assume the bare feet would be not be included in the mesh of whole boots? Knowing this, I would want to be able to edit the UNP bare feet onto one of the thigh length boots Nisetanaka has made, while deleting the boot part.

Would you have any ideas of any armored thigh length boots that I could do this to though, however?

Post a couple links of things you like, and I'll take a look at them.

Thank you so much! I cant really think of anything else except the Steel boots III from Nisetanaka's amazing world of bikini armour,  right now at least.

Problem being in them though that they're high heels and I think they change if not delete the barefoot when worn.

Here's a picture of the boots in bodyslide: Boots

cut from the ankles like this? Boots

i'm using the UUNP version.

Remember me mentioning how this would be a lot easier if you picked one that was segmented!

oh well everyone always wants to do it the hard way....;)

This process is going to be easier if instead of altering the project files you simply load the outfit nif file after you have run body slide.

In the first figure, you are going already be showing the vertices, and you are going to click on the mask Vertices button. This going to turn your cursor into a circle that you can use to "paint" the vertices by holding down the left mouse button as you brush over the green dots. This will turn them red. "paint" the ones you want to delete.

Then as shown in figure 2 you want to invert mask. This turns the red dots green and the green dots red.

Then as shown in figure 3  you want to delete vertices. This will delete all the green dots.

Then as shown in figure 4 you want to import from NIF.

as seen in the small middle figure under 3 and 4 (that I will arbitrarily call appendix A) navigate to the mesh folder meshes/actors/character/character assets/ and find your feet nif

WARNING if you are just altering the NIF file instead of the project file (doing it the easy way) you can not rerun body slide after doing this, as it will overwrite your nif file.

The feet should now be a segmented part of the nif file and it can now be exported as a nif file giving it the same name as the boots originally had.

Thank you, I've never done this but I'll give it a shot! since you showed that it is achieveable without incredibly fancy tools.
