White patch on npc skin

anyone has a simmillar problem? i only have cbbe installed and nothing else, aparently it only occurs at this npc(Roslyn Chambers)

That is caused by having a CBBE body and textures designed for another kind of body.  Vanilla/EVB female, etc.  You'll need to also install a texture set designed for the body for that to be resolved.

 

I haven't checked her record - but Rosyln could be using hte "old woman skin" records which are not included with CBBE.  Check also Mama Murphy, if you're feeling frisky.  I believe that EVB Female  Additional Body Textures offers an old lady skin set (along with female ghouls, etc.).

It's the default old woman skin being used with the CBBE body. It happens on every old female in my game too, like the old lady at Greentop nursery. I never got around to fixing it, doesn't bother me either, I'm not stripping old ladies.
