request [SEARCH] [REQUEST] TAWOBA Dwarven Bikini Top Slot 48

Looking at Nise's original TAWOBA set, Dwarven bikini top 7 never got a slot 48 counterpart like the other six did. I can't equip it without unequipping the cyborg body, so there's definitely a slot conflict.

 

I found this, https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/4454-dwarven-cyborg-collection-age-of-the-90-machines/, but I'd rather not install a whole add-on mod just to get one piece. Does a patch exist somewhere that adds a slot 48 version of the Dwarven bikini 7 to make it cyborg compatible? Did I just not Google hard enough? Any help would be appreciated.
