Invisible piece in armor mesh - Oldrim armor port

When porting this armor mod from Oldrim, the arm mesh seems to show up invisible. The armor piece includes the arms, while the gloves for the hands are separate. However, the glove is supposed to only cover the left hand, but when I put the glove on, it makes my right hand go invisible too. The entire right arm, including the hand, is supposed to be red, which is part of the chest armor piece. I'm sure its something in the mesh file and takes some edits with the nifskope but I have no idea where to even start. Don't  Any help is appreciated.
