I really like the armor/ornament stuff Lorelei is wearing in some of the awesome work of hitmanx3z. Is there any mod for Skyrim that adds something similar to this or even the one from the picture below?

The outfit in the first screenshot in the OP and the Bisquits' oblivion outfits ports one are 2 different outfits. The one in the OP I forget the name of it but it's a DAZ studios ported outfit.
