Out Of Order Records On New Game & Fresh install

I have been having this problem with Skyrim for some time now, and recently decided to completely re-install skyrim.

What I did was delete all the my documents\skyrim contents, save and everything in it.

Delete all the files in appdata.

Un-install skyrim through steam, then go into the game directory and delete everything that was left behind, my mod organiser and everything.

Re-download and install skyrim, run the game launcher to set things up then run skyim once.

Install mod organiser and set it up, set the load order for the dlc and nothing more, de-activate all but skyrim.esm and update.esm.

Using this save game to get into the game without going through helgan and such. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5327

Go into third person, select the character and then type inv, at which point it shows two items of clothing both with out of order records, grr.

Anybody got any idea what the hell is going on?

Do you mean 0003CA00 for the shoes and 0003C9FE for the tunic ?

I´m no expert but as far as i understand these are the internal records of the esm. the first 2 digits are the esm/esp´s number according to the plugin-list. The rest is then saved in the esm so it´s the same address for everybody .

If I´m completely wrong somebody can correct me please.

It's the data concerning the Smithing improvements / enchantments and name applied to that particular item. The game doesn't recognize these extras and so labels them as "Bad Editor ID" Consider it a game engine bug that appears in both modded - vanilla, without ill effects.

Maybe true, but at one point I did not have this problem, only reason I even noticed it ages ago, was that I got a couple of children say your naked to me, which considering I was wearing vanilla gear had me going ermm wtf?  Which is when I started digging to find out what the hell was going on.

And non of the two items are enchanted in any way, just basic vanilla clothing, with my normal load order it completely stuffs things up as one of the mods increases arousal when naked, and guess what, those bad editor id's mean that every slot 32 item counts as being naked.

And just to be clear which smithing improvments do you mean?, that screen shot was with just skryim.esm and update.esm installed, which is the thing that really weirds me out.

True also, but every vanilla piece of armour and clothing apart from jewellery is showing bad editor id, as in that screen shot there are no mods just vanilla skyrim.esm and update.esm active there should be no out of order records for them, well at least at one point there was not anyway, no idea which update to skyrim stuffed it up though as I noticed it some time ago, but spent most of my time trying to find out which mod was doing it, and after quite some time finding out that it was the base game doing it.

If you look under those items there is another line stating >--- Bad editor id (0003CA05) for the shoes which is saying something is shuffling the edit id for the shoes forward 5 numbers for what ever reason, normally the only reason I tend to see this is if a mod changes it.  From what I can dig up the game is basically saying it expects the foot wraps to be ed id 0003CA00 but for some reason they are 0003CA05, though apart from for the slot 32 torso stuff it appear to make no difference.
