I'm looking for a site where I can stream my sims game with all of the loverslab content I've downloaded (which is a lot) without censoring the game. It is against the TOS on twitch and hitbox. Any other suggestions? I am also interested in watching what other people do with their explicit mods.

You'd need someone with a really strong connection to be able to host something like this. Most of them are supported by ad revenue, which means that mainstream corporations don't wanna touch it. You'd honestly just have to use something like steam or discord pro and do private streams with your friends on invite only. Maybe put together a discord for people who want to stream to each other.

But that also for art for visual novel and not 3D or game streaming itself so not sure if it would work for that, you might have to try figure that out yourself.

FauxFurry Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 No site currently exists on the entirety of the Internet as far as I've seen that allows for any uncensored adult content in video games to be streamed, especially the kind that is modded into games. Mixer allows for such content being sprinkled into the game yet are not the primary focus as seen in GTA 5, God of War, L.A. Noire or Dante's Inferno but games such as House Party or Senran Kagura would be right out despite Senran Kagura being less graphic than the previously mentioned games. The context is important. One would expect that Naughty Machinima would have a streaming service but it seems to be nothing but pre-recorded videos all the way. That seems like a missed opportunity. On that note, this would likely be a wonderful investment opportunity for anyone with enough disposable income to pour into getting it up and running.
FauxFurry Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 It might be possible for this site to handle streams if everyone is willing to throw in a few USD or the local equivalent to Lovers Lab every month to pay for the server bandwidth for streaming the footage while members would be responsible for backing up the footage off-site. I've seen other forums do this so it shouldn't be too tough for this site to do so eventually.

Can you broadcast live on pornhub or is it all video archiving? I'm looking to set down roots somewhere for some "Gaming After Dark." I guess I can just do video archives in the meantime. Also adult video channel design dashboards are garbage. I would like some more channel layout customization like YouTube has.

Plexstorm is the go-to answer posted in multiple threads asking about this very thing. Look one post above yours for a link. I don't know if anyone can post one of the more recent sites that popped up for this due to it not having the content limitations that this site's rules mandate so Picarto and Plexstorm are your best bets if you don't want to post pre-recorded videos to Naughty Machinima.
