HELP! - NoNoNo message - Solved

[43deadwood]

I've got a weird glitch in my game - any time my character gets money a pop-up appears with "NoNoNo remove xx" where xx is the amount of money. I've deleted all the mods I've installed recently, used save cleaner. I can't see any reference to such an thing in any other mod I have. If I can't find an answer it's a total reinstall.

It's from Player Exhibitionist, I recognize the phrasing.
It specifically is targeted to remove money given to the player by the console. Try using 'additem f 500' on a barrel -- the money will enter successfully, and such.

Unfortunately, you cannot turn that off. I asked the author for the ability to, they politely declined.

That is, the reason it's intercepting the money you are getting is because you are using the console to add it to your inventory.

if you NEED the money right that second - do as Yuni said (add the money to a lootable container near you),

or another way around it is if you add a bunch of firewood to inventory and sell them to a sawmill.

people like Gerdur and Hert at sawmills will buy all you have at 1 gold per piece with no limits on how many they buy.

Thanks again for the suggestion. Deleted the mod and it went away. Strangely enough for me it was even removing money gained by any means - such as woodcutting. Anyway that's the end of 3 days of frustration thanks to you!
