INI settings for grass

I downloaded the grassland mod and some tree mods, and i was expecting dense forest and grass everywhere, but I got standard grass and some new trees here and there but it looks very LQ and the grass is barely there at all.

Grasslands - A Fallout 4 Grass Overhaul comes with it's own ini file dealing with the grass settings and an esp which alters the worldspaces to add more grasses.  Is this the mod you have?  It appears that it doesn't require any special ini tweaks on top of the supplied files.
