i need some help

i download this mod plus all the requirements i install them and play it,it does not work properly , the animation seems to starts i can hear the voices and noises but then nothing happens( speaking about animation) my character stands still  and the other npc is moved to the same places as my character and disappears "inside my character"  i don't know what i did wrong can you guys help me?

I assume you're talking about SexLab.

And like Teutonic said, try running -generate fnis for users-.
