I have sexlab running. How do I have sex with other characters/ take off underwear?

Well if you have everything installed, not just sexlab but animations and nude bodies.

You'll have to download a mod to initiate sex,  Sexlab Matchmaker would be the best.

thank you, what is a good mod for nude bodies? Also they just seem to stand in the exact same spot as each other, do i need to download separate animations?

I take it you are new to Skyrim modding...

I would advise getting a mod installer like NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) or MO (Mod Organiser)

I prefer MO it's a bit more complicated to use but makes fault finding, seeing which mod over rides another, mod conflicts. Installing and removing mods much easier to do as well. There are plenty of videos on YouTube to help you install MO, FNIS, Body Slide, LOOT and TES5Edit.

MO does not mess with the original game files at all (Skyrim can still be played as a completely unmoded game if started from the games Desktop icon

For Female bodies there is only ONE answer these days and it's called Bodyslide which provides you with the ability to pretty much make the women in the game in whatever shape you find most pleasing to your eyes.  It comes with two main body styles (CBBE or UUNP) and hundreds of "preset" body shapes you can choose from.  Those preset body shapes are made to fit the armors that were created for those body shapes.  You can also use the sliders to adjust pretty much any part of the body to tweak a preset to look better to you or to build your own completely different than anyone else body shape.   Many armors are also now available for use with Bodyslide so they can be "built" in Bodyslide to match the body you decided on or created.

 

On the male side there are two options: Schlongs Of Skyrim and Shape Atlas For Men with the latter being much like a bodyslide for men but the author is pretty jealous about his creation so most people use the simpler and quite adequate Schlongs mod.
