Only giving me some options?

So I finally hve the mod working after noticing my silly mistake and now when I go to have sex it only offers the reverse cowgirl position. I want to be able to give my sims a fun time with lots of positions and oral but I can't even do a hand job. Please help, I feel like an idiot still...
