[WHAT IS?] Looking for a face mesh mod.

Alot of people asked him in comments to his screenshots but he never respond to anybody. 

The guy is most likely Chinese and the mod is probably from some of Chinese mod sites.

Maybe I'm blind but that looks like the vanilla head mesh with some skin and eye textures intended to give off a cel-shaded look. If you're adamant that it's an entirely new mesh, have you tried one of Ran's?

Yes its probably vanilla mesh after all. And looks like he did texture tweaks himself. In that case I doubt he will share or that I would found them on any other mode site.
