The guy is most likely Chinese and the mod is probably from some of Chinese mod sites. Link to comment
Guest Posted January 28, 2018 Share Posted January 28, 2018 Maybe I'm blind but that looks like the vanilla head mesh with some skin and eye textures intended to give off a cel-shaded look. If you're adamant that it's an entirely new mesh, have you tried one of Ran's? Link to comment
