Decisions inthe introgue panel are wrapped in decisions = {}, decisions that you take right clicking on a character are wrapped in tergeted_decisions = {}. There are also settlement_, title_, fort_, hodpital_, and trade_post_decisions = {}. There are also society_decisions ={} which are like normal decisions but only evaluated for members of a society.
