New game

I have a lot of old savegames, but will start a new game, my answer is how can I have (in the new game) the armors and weapons I had in my old savegames.

if you mean somthing like...... you beat the game to the very end, everything is complete/done and you wanna start over with your armors, followers, skill, etc from your previous save, then no

 

if you mean somthing like........ you have a load of armor mods and you wanna know if they will transfer over to your new save, then yeah

All mods installed are still used in the new game. Armors will be in the places they were when you went to get them the first time.

The thing is that I dont want to add the whole armors and weapons 1 by 1 with console.

Well, that's your only option, I'm pretty sure. Skyrim doesn't exactly support a "New Game Plus".

 

Something that could make things more convenient in the future would be to create a new character, console all your stuff, and then make a separate save to keep for the next time you want to start over with your stuff again.
