Looking for a good HD nude mod for male and female

Hey i'm new to forum.  I want to play Skyrim with realistic human graphics.  So I am looking for a new more real male / female nude mod.  As well not the 1.5 one doesn't look real enough.  Could anyone point me how to get a better mod file and how to install it?  Thanks.  I also have the Skyrim SE running Windows 10.  Version 1.5.23.0.8  As well Skyrim SE v1.4

As for 'realistic' anatomy/ texture of bodies, check Tempered Skins for Males as well as Females hosted on Nexus at first.

The author wrote install guides in their description that are easy to follow.

 

I also recommend you to install some of mod manager like NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) or MO2 (Mod Organizer2) for mod management.
