striping works but my char never puts on a strap on

Strap-ons come in to play when you have a female in the "pitching" position.  I'm using this one: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3949-strap-ons-of-fallout-4/ - works well.

thats the thing i have installed everything according to that and fallowed it still no strap on
