What are your problems you are having with what you posted we can't really do anything as there is no info what so ever on what your problems are.

 

If all you have installed is sexlab then you need to download other mods as well as sexlab is only the framework which is used by other mods.

 

But even if you only have sexlab installed you can still use use match maker to cast spells on people to test out animations. Match maker is listed in the first post of the sexlab thread.
