Looking for this Mod from a Youtube Video

It just a very short scene about player walking in basically nothing except wooden stock around neck and hands. and a sorta loincloth? I wouldn't call it that, but that is it. I have a screenshot.

 

If anyone knows which outfit/mod that is, I would greatly appreciate it.
