poser picker question

noob question how you make the npc pose and plis step by step, because on my player work fine the mod is good i select the mod plugin i move the mouse wheel and my player start to change pose,

but when i try to make any npc make any pose nothing happen , move close to npc then show me the + e and name of npc but no idea how to make  pose start, also i have poser hotkey work pretty well but this is much better
