Edit: I ran a batch fix on CC for cats & dogs patch, now I'm getting an error that says this: <?xml version="1.0" ?><root>
</root>

Your LE was all about broken CC, you were right with that  

 

however, as for the "blank" LE as we call it, you will have to do a 50/50 check of your Mods. I have seen a few mods already doing that, right now I only remember Zerbu's Experience Mod and the Dancer Aspiration mod.

Months later and I'm still having this issue. I am dreading the 50/50 method, but it's the only thing that can be done. ? Thanks for your help LadyMeow!

you have any frozen themed cc? loveseat? or other furniture?
