Phone Not Ringging

I Have a problem for quite a while now, and I dont know how to fix it.

The phone is not ringing when a sim is not active. 
For example, I have 8 sims in a family. If I the active sims is Sim B, and Sim A receives a phonecall, the notice of an incoming call appears above the sims thubnail, but the ringing sounds does not play. If I select/activate Sim A, then the sound plays correctly.
 

I am certain that the ringing sound used to work regardless wheter the Sim receiving the call active or not.

 

Anyone know how to fix that?

Hi Azmo! Have you looked at the WW settings?  I think I saw some phone related options in there and maybe it was changed in a previous update?

Yes I have looked at at. there is an option to silence phone during sex but I have disabled that.

Strange! I'll keep an eye on my game and see if I notice anything similar, maybe you got a mod that's using the phone that needs attention, do you use basemental or MCC controller?

I have a mod that changes the phone to a Samsung S8, but I removed it and the problem did not go away. I do not have Basemental but I do have MCC Controler.
