Is there a guide or an all in one download that adds the most popular mods in one go?

There are many guides but no All in one.

All in one solutions are not very popular in the modding community. I realise that the user community would consider them a bonus, but mod authors give their work and their time (so much of their time) for nothing. All they ask in return is a little recognition for their work. If you get their mods packaged in some grand installer with 100 other mods, they get nothing. All they are really asking for is a ty. They don't even get that. And the more that mod authors get nothing in return, the more that they have their mods repackaged and distributed under other names, the more they gravitate to the TOR modding sites and just share their mods amongst themselves.
