I found this tutorial on how to remove spell visual effects from your character in case of glitches and bugs

Would anyone happen to know the opposite and add the visual effects minus the spell effects for just visual purposes? I seen some screenshots in the past and would love to experiment with them to give future screenshots extra flare.
