SSE armour to old skyrim?

I'm looking to use this (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13023/?) however I don't have the special edition of skyrim. So would it be possible to run this? Unsure of how much is changed by the special edition of book of UUNP

You can not use skyrim legendary stuff with skyrim SE and you can't use skyrim SE stuff with skyrim legendary unless you convert them to that game as both games use a different engine.

 

Also why the heck would you want to use the skyrim SE version of the book of UUNP when there is a skyrim version of it right here. Not to mention the body in the SE conversion is CBBE not UUNP. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78910
