[What Is?][Search] This armor

Way back in 2012 (most likely) this armour showed up here on this site. It's based of a Lineage II armor (http://www.ivory-tower.de/Darkelf_Female/front_robe_apella_high.png). I have found only snippets of information like this (https://www.loverslab.com/topic/3503-wip-bazoongas-workshop/?page=7&searchlight=1&tab=comments#comment-91142) as well as (http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-1689728-1-1.html), which give me a dead download link for it, that at least tells me that it was indeed ported. The oblivion mod still exists (http://modgames.net/load/1/oblivion_bronja/lady_apella_dospekhi_ledi_apella/46-1-0-15028) and I am going to assume that that is what was ported over. After an exhaustive search of my old external hard drives where I saved most of the Skyrim mods I have ever downloaded I have come up with nothing. If anyone can point me in the right direction or even provide a link I would be grateful. Oblivion picture provided as reference.

after many more hours I have found that a version exists in Ala's BBP pack part 2. Too bad it does not come with the tailish/skirtish piece. Most likely will just convert it myself, thanks for the info myuhinny!
