Unable to Makes Luumias Smooth II Default Skin work or display in game.

Hello I have download both the female and male SMOOTH II DEFAULT SKIN packages from  luumias site here.

 

They are in C:\Users\NAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods

 

But my characters still have Peach bra/panties& black boxers on when completely nude. Should they not be nude by now?

I have plenty of other mods/CC working.

I downloaded Eve Body, and that works fine, my skins have underwearless body models, and then I apply a "nipple skin" in face > Skin details, so Im very confident mods are working fine, but I cant see how to get this mod working, please advise
