Erm... Bungie doesn't own Halo anymore. They gave the franchise up to the newly created company "343 industries".

 

With that said, 343 is seemingly taking more from CoD with Halo 4, just read up on Halo 4's latest multiplayer features, even still I appreciate 343 industries trying to innovate the franchise at least.

Definitely looking forward to Halo 4. I actually find the storyline for Halo interesting, and I usually think most FPS storylines are generic or rather boring. I'm glad we are getting some new enemies finally .
