mild96 Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Does anyone know if it's a good idea to include sexlab mods when running the patchers, or should I just disable/blacklist them?

Long time PerMa user here... I'm usually "blacklisting" most of my SL mods. But I do that mainly to speed up the patching process, which takes forever on my long load order anyway. But then I'm also not too comfortable having PaMa trying tinker with all the custom spells and whatnot that can be found in most SL mods. Same goes for Devious Devices mods (the framework and content mods) so that the patcher won't even try to mess with enchanting them -- not sure what would happen if it did, maybe somebody else can chime in. The only downside I've noticed so far is that all those nice armored catsuits, gloves and boots from Cursed Loot are worth absolutely nothing now thanks to me blacklisting DCL in PaMa. A good unenchanted steel armor usually ends up with about ~100 armor rating in my PaMa settings, make that almost double for ebony, so the 40 armor rating on the "heavy" DCL armor is, well, not really helping and I usually ignore them in my game. In summary: I usually blacklist all my SL related mods and never had any issues neither with PerMa nor with the SL mods.
