Character freezes

Just installed Oblivion after a long time and have a problem. After I have finished the tutorial and come out of the sewers, my character freezes and all the controls are disabled. Also all the hud items are gone. I can just stand there and look around, so the game itself is not freezed. IIRC this happened also before my quite long break from Oblivion and is caused by one of the LL mods and there should be a setting somewhere. I just cannot remember which mod and setting it was. Does anybody remember which mod causes this?

try typing in the console (the ~ key opens)

 

enableplayercontrols 

 

(hit enter)

 

one string...see what happens
