Maid Molly Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 It's Day 2 and approximately 7 hours in. I'm now doing a full uninstall and reinstall. I've followed the directions. I've used Loot. I've read the FAQ, watched the YouTube video on FNIS install into Mod Organizer. Tried twice with manual install. I got it semi working, then it broke again. If it's not an invisible body with head, hand and feet - then I'm dealing with some other issue like FNIS doesn't recognize SexLab. I think the Skyrim High Texture pack might have been conflicting with my downloaded nude bodies, so I'm leaving that pack out this time. If I'm using ModOrganizer, should I not install anything manually? Or should I install FNIS manually either way? I would post a debug file, but I don't have one yet.

The most important thing when using ModOrganizer, is that any tool you're going to use needs to be started from inside MO.
Maid Molly Posted December 27, 2017 Author Posted December 27, 2017 Just now, LazyBoot said: The most important thing when using ModOrganizer, is that any tool you're going to use needs to be started from inside MO. I've done that. I start the game using SKSE through MO. I also have FNIS set up to run through there as well. What's weird is even after a complete uninstall, I just opened up MO and it's showing the same mods installed as before. Is there a way to 'refresh' MO?

Userofskyrim Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 Maybe when you reinstalled MO you didn't delete The "mods" folder, where all the installed mods are stored?
woodsman30 Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 Uninstall or complete delete ?.. there is a big difference. If doing a complete rework of the game a complete delete is the way to go then do a fresh install.
scarebear2403 Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Just like to add that MO only manages from the data folder onwards. Stuff that has binaries that go in the skyrim folder need to be installed manually. So for example the binaries for skse needs to be manually copied into the skyrim folder. The rest of SKSE (data folder stuff) can be packed and enabled like any other mod. And as others have mentioned, using MO needs a clean slate. Make sure your data folder is empty of mod assets. Also if you have steam workshop stuff you need to unsub. MO cannot manage anything outside its virtual file system and tends to throw a wrench into the gears.
