You can use Luumia and Cmar.  I was using those for a long time without WickedWhims.  WickedWhims is only for if you want sex animations.  You don't need it for nude Sim bodies only.

What doesn't work when you download the nude bodies?

 

Do your sims not look nude?

 

When do you want them to look nude? Bathing? Set Nude sleeping clothes?

 

Do you have an "uncensored"/"no mosaic" type mod? to remove the blur/mosaic when sims bathe and use the toilet?

 

It would help people to help you more if you gave more details than "it doesn't work". Describe what you have tried to do in detail (with names of exact mods you've tried) and then say what specifically isn't working for you.
