[Help] Custom voice lines

I'm trying to add some custom voice lines to serana combat and random dialogue pool, but the problem is I don't know where should I put that lines exactly. Another thing what I want is to use those voice lines only when she turns into vampire lord. I shoudl probably use some event or check flag for that voice lines but again I need help with that. 

What should I do? 

 

 

 

For changing her to VL I use AFM. I also use Serana dialogue edit for more variations of dialogues. 
Please help. I really don't know where to start...
