1. There are only 2 Skyrims original and remastered, but some DLCs for the original. If you want to play right now you'll probably want the original since there still are more mods for that, but this will probably change in future. How far... no idea.

If you buy the orginal, see to get the legendary edition which includes all DLCs, they are quite nice and a lot of mods requires them.

2. depends on what you mean by "it". In general, read the description of the mod and follow it. You will probably want a mod manager, i'd recommend Mod Organizer which you should learn to use first before doing anything else. See the first link in my sig.

3. Yes.

2.Get the "NEXUS MOD MANAGER" from Nexus and use it . Most mods here can be installed via a Mod Manager and nexus is gud. ((IF YOU CANT INSTALL A MOD VIA MODMANAGER THE DESCRIPTION WILL TELL YOU THAT))

FIRST OF ALL THANK YOU VERY MUCH

SECENT, I HAVE THIS GAME: Skyrim Legendary Edition Includes All DLC (THE GAME STARTS WHEN PEOPLE TAKE THE MAIN CHATACTER TO A VILLIGE, AND A DRAGON COMES..) BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE ALL THE MODS. IT LOOK LIKE A CHALLANGE GAME. NOT LIKE A FREE PLAY GAME.

AFTER I DOWNLOAD A DOWNLOAD MANAGER, WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THESE MODS? I HAVE TO TO ALL THE CHALLANGES IN THE GAME?

Don't scream at me please. You can download a mod manager and i'd recommend to use one, but i do not recommend Nexus Mod Manager. Using mods you will have some problems sooner or later and it is much easier to fix them when using M(od)O(rganizer). However, do not use both. That's worse than none. If you use MO you can and should install ALL mods in MO, no exception.

To use mods, you need to download them, then install them, and in many cases, configure them. Read their description. I have no idea what you mean by challanges in the game.

Mods add things to the game. Some of those things are quests, some are clothing, some are weather and so on. In short, all mods add something to the game, but you might not see what was added.

I don't use a mod manager the way most people do. I manually install mods and then use Mod Organizer to check for missing masters.

You are going to need Load Order Optimization Tool or LOOT. The order in which mods are loaded by the game is very important and LOOT is the go to app for dealing with this.

You are also going to need to install Skyrm Script Extender or SKSE.

Other things I recommend are FNIS, Fuz Ro Dah, Papyrus Utilities, JContainers and SkyUI.

Those are fundamental needs that will help to make things run with fewer problems.

hi i wanna start playing this game and i need some help getting started.

the previous posts offer good advice.  figured i would post a few notes for you also.

1 - plan on this not being a fast process.   it takes time but is worth the time invested in the long run.  initially you will spend more time troubleshooting than

playing (this will change over time).

2 - do some research (read up on what you are working with.  read the descriptions and possibly look at some youtube videos).

3 - get a mod manager either NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) or MO (Mod Organizer) but only use 1 (i use MO personally).

4 - get the utility programs, bugfixes, and tools you will need.  SKSE, FNIS, Wyrebash, TES5Edit, Crashfixes, USLEEP, SKYUI, Jcontainers, Papyrus Util, Fuz Ro Doh,

LOOT (standalone version), Bodyslide, and optionally Safety Load and LoadGameCTDfix.

5 - choose a bodyreplacer CBBE or UUNP (this is mostly a matter of personal taste ... just like the choice of a mod manager).  just choose 1 (do NOT use both at the

     same time).

6 - there are several guides for installing stuff and making Skyrim more stable (i would suggest checking the STEP wiki, and the SLAL MNC install guide for 2).

read 1-2 (or more) of them even if you are not doing it exactly as they say they will provide a lot of good information.

7 - i would suggest getting an Alternate Start mod (to save time on starting a new game to be able to test as you go).  the 2 most commonly used are AS-LAL and

     Skyrim Unbound.

8 - add mods slowly (1-5 at a time) and test for stability and whether they are something you want to play with long term.

9 - when you run into trouble (everyone does at some time) do not be afraid to ask for help (everyone was new at one point and most will help if they can).

10 - when asking for help most times a load order and papyrus logs are needed to help figure out what is happening (you can google to find out how to enable

papyrus logging and where to find your load order).  when posting logs and load order it would be recommended.

Example:  (just remove the $ in the example below for the spoiler tag to work correctly).

       [$spoiler]

log or load order or other text in spoiler.

       [$/spoiler]

edit

as for actually playing the game - Skyrim has a ton of available quests (challenges) that can be done, but very few that must be done.

as far as the "main questline" goes the only parts of it that i would recommend being done at a minimum are "Unbound" (the starting quest that

take place in Helgen) and its follow on "Before the Storm" (warn the Jarl of Whiterun about dragons).  those 2 being finished will have the game

fully initialized (everything that the game needs to start will be started by the time you finish those 2 quests), but even they are technically optional,

and some Alternate Start mods will do the job of starting the game fully for you.
