Sexout for Fallout 3 Guide?

Can someone point me to an installation guide for fallout 3? Someone has to have done one. Search doesn't come up with anything.

I think there is a Sexout version for Fallout 3, but I don't know of any mods that can work with this version.

 

My advise would be:  Buy Fallout New Vegas Ultimate (currently 10 euro on Steam) and then install TaleOfTwoWastelands + regular Sexout (and any Sexout mods you want to run next to it)

I already have it. I'm just worried my little laptop doesn't have the juice. The video is quite weak. But it worth considering after I finish my play through.
