XPMSE.esp and LOOT Issue

So, I'm not sure exactly what I've done wrong, and this is a minor issue at worst, but it's still bothering me. That said, I installed the Extended XP Skeleton, and the .esp showed up in Mod Organizer, but it won't show up in LOOT. At all. And now, I have to start SKSE/Skyrim through Mod Organizer to get it working, otherwise a Sexlab(?) Mod called SOS crashes the game. I can't start SKSE through Steam anymore. I don't know how many more details I can provide, but if possible, could anyone assist me with this? Or is all of this normal stuff?

Starting SKSE through MO is how you're supposed to launch skyrim to begin with.
