Making him horny while he's walking around with something up his butt or some like that. Edit: I may need to say that I play with SAM Body Mod.

The closest things that I recall at the moment are the Male Milking Device and the Sweet Roll animation from Anub's Animation Dump. There are plenty of butt plugs and the like, though, like the fully animated Dwarven Tailed Dildo, Immersive Plugs, Sex Toy Merchant, or Anal Torch.

In the case of the Dwarven Tailed Dildo, there is an anus-only variant that is best used with male characters. For the rest, there is no difference in functionality across gender lines.
