Its looks like your hairs not have specular map textures or so.

Maby u was have Hairdos HDT hairs or Apachi hairs and than unistall it?

Did u compress textures or any other modifications?

But what do you mean with compressed Textures?

I had Hairdos HDT installed but i used a normal Hairdos hair without HDT which i also had installed.
