Review Modern Warfare 1 ingame year 2010 Ok so let's start from MW 1 , it's all good and simple on this one not too much going on MW 1 is more laid back missions good guy vs bad guy type of story, i love the characters on this part of series especially ehem " soap " your one sexy dude. the game ends felt like a jon woo moment where the hero hold hand gun with one bullet on it, slow mo time! Modern Warfare 2 ingame years 2011 This part of series , not really what you expected it's as great , as the first one once again they have big score on the character this time , the ending is same like the first modern warfare difference is soap throws a dagger on sheperd's eye " disgusting has been soldier" Soap Didnt die at end... Modern Warfare III ingame years 2013 [ Exact year changed to 2012 ] " prepare to read the most epic Pun rant ever writen" Let me see The most disappointing Game i ever played , seriously at the beginning you clearly see this game is trying to be ala "section 8 , transformers and Battle: Los Angeles " i have to admit there's a strong point of bonding moment with friendship and farewell to this game , i never cried so hard when soap dies ever in a video game history maybe i grew up liking soap that much that made me hate this game when hes gone , we all had to accept its war and shit happens everybody dies, seriously if you really want to know how i felt playing this game i got nothing rewarding about this game except the credits "its long as hell " oh don't get me started on the game play mechanics idiotic kiddy fanboys says " stfu bitch u dont know what real game is " listen you ignorant dumbass i know because i grew up with video games before you even born , one of the most annoying shit this game you know the time when you want to take time enjoying the mission the fucker tell you like this. " Dude go plant that , move here , follow up , push forward!" i went like " STFU jesus i know u dont have to shout i'm not deaf" Lol the music so far is the most laughable and not fitting on the game that well , i felt like playing another cloned game from another idea with the music. another thing that annoys me on the game its the ai, they like to slow you down like in middle of gun-fights say 10-20 people on single map the ai will blocked your view im like " Get the hell out of my way dude , i accidentally shot him and the mission fail , wow what a fun game aint it?" aside from just all looks but no substance in the game , the features kinda dumbed down from the previous series why change the good ol' feature from MW 2 why not keep the same shit , it's pretty stupid to begin with. Some missions on MW 3 are fun i love playing as Task force 141, but usmc no thanks it's boring as hell , it's like usmc Factions arent doing much effort on their mission, while price u know how that old man never changed. Q: wait what about the ending please tell us the ending! Slow down kids , let me finished were still on the review, oh yeah i forgot to mentioned weather on this game its ok .. not really realistic lol seriously did you ever see a flash light on dust storm u cant see shit in real life even when you still see a light its faded but this * facepalm * clear as day not really challenging , way to go activision. Anyway let's skip all the way to ending because im sick and tired get sucked down by my boyfriend playing this game and this made me argue with him why he likes this game its bullshit. The ending ends with makarov been strangled and punched to death , the most shit ending that MW3 has to offer is ..... Price smoking cigars while staring at makarov body " whao that's kinda disturbing" at least they could just put extra line like. " Makarov you know it's a price you pay " Seriously when you see the ending like this u cant really expect more sequels because all the antagonist is dead on this game so we all moved on black ops .... AAAAAnnnnd Black ops 2 is like MW 3 recycled game Bullshit what happend did vietnam war just ends like that?.. what's your thought?

Most FPS games suck and I wouldn't touch them even if you paid me to do so. there are still some good ones. for example, the battlefield, crysis, and halo (not Reach, though) series are pretty good imo. there may be more, but these are the only ones i have played.
afa Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 I actually prefers the newer style of fps over the old ones. I am not much of a multiplayer shooter fan, and if you are going to talk about fps you pretty much have to mention the multiplayer, Quake, UT, CS, CoD, BF, etc. And being not much of a multiplayer fan I appreciate the current trend of developers trying to craft a (somewhat?) decent story about a game that is essentially all about shooting dudes in the face over and over. I don't LOVE it, but they are fun to play every now and then.

Franchises such as CoD and Halo are dishing out very similar games with each release. Halo 4 DOES seem to be adding some new things to the franchise but most of these features are simply ripped from othe franchises, especially CoD in an attempt to broaden the fanbase even further (which in turn ruins the competetive aspect of the game, and halo fans know how well that worked out in reach...) The biggest hope to the FPS genre and one of my most anticipated games is Planetside 2, an MMOFPS with 64sqkm worlds that are dynamic and can hold up to 2000 players each. Reaearch if you're intereted, the beta is out right now as well.

[/quote'] Huxley is a FPS Mmo Online can hold more then 2,000 Players , at least at pre-beta launched didn't know what happend to that game though, compared to the game you mentioned mad dog and huxley at least not as shit as modern warfare is.

I actually really like the stories (since MW1,2,3 are of the same story) of this series, but I recognize a good milking...they could've combined MW2 and 3 together into one game..I mean there's hardly any differences between the two game. SPOILERS: Why did Price survive out of everyone? After playing MW2 I was sure Price in the end will sacrifice himself to kill Makarov. Im more disappointed about the gameplay vids of BO2 than MW3...I mean, it looks like a reskin of one of the older games. Multiplayer wise (I haz MW3 for 360), I found the people to be more mature than people who play Halo Reach online lol, but I got tired of the multiplayer really fast...I went back to playing Dragon Age lol if you want a good shooter, try Ghost Recon Future Soldier, I found the game to be much better than I predicted

Pah! I am no dog! Anyways, researched bit and it seems that the game bas been discontinued since 2010. Also, while the game has the ability to have 5-10 thousand players, this is only true in cities. The main battles in the game can only support up to 64 players, while in Planetside 2 all 2000 can be fighting at the exact same time and place. But anyways, I agree on that last bit.

[/quote'] And their older games look like a reskin of the older games. Seriously, Play Modern Warfare (1) then play Black Ops. The difference (Story aside) is nonexistant. But what seriously annoys me about Call of Duty is that idiots give it SO many chances "This one was exactly the same as the last, I'm sure the next will be better" Treyarh/Infinity Ward are terrible developers. It's all about the money. "Shall we put in dedicated servers? It'll mean that the host won't get a massive unfair advantage over everyone else?" "Nah, then we wouldn't be able to have personal cappuchino machines in our luxurious offices" "Just take out some perks and shit, it'll be fine" And the story? Written by dogs. Or well trained hamsters that balance their weight on the keys or something. I could have come up with something better myself. They had one good game and everyone in the world sees the series as th best thing ever. But then series like Battlefield prove time and time again that their games are SO much better and that they listen to their fans. (Dedicated servers, lobbies 4 times as big as CoD games, Massive range of vehicles and weaponry, no 'killstreaks' no lag BS deaths, destructible enviroments, bullet physics, realistic sounds, interesting progression system... I could go on.) And I'm not just a Battlefield fanboy, either. I play Bullet Run (Which is still better than CoD, despite being free and only 1GB) Blacklight, Natural Selection 2 Beta and am very excited for Planetside 2 (Which will make all these games irrelevant, and it's FREE!) /rant
