JerseyWalrus Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 So I recently moved to Mod Organizer for my mod manager needs. Got FNIS working by following Gopher's videos. Animations seem to work fine for mods like Archery Gameplay Overhaul, HDT works fine. However, SexLab animations don't play, instead all the characters do is stand up naked next to each other while the sounds play. When checking the Rebuild/Clean MCM options, I get this: Skyrim Script Extender OK SexLabUtil.dll SKSE Plugin OK StorageUtil.dll SKSE Plugin OK FNIS - Fores New Idles in Skyrim OK FNIS For Users Behaviors Generated OK FNIS SexLab Framework Idles ? For FNIS, I did get it running as an executable through MO, run it through MO, get no errors, then drag the Overwrites into a dedicated mod slot that I named "FNIS Animations." I don't think it would be a problem with the way I setup FNIS because I get no errors and it says in the MCM that the Behavior files generated by FNIS are found as well so I don't really know how to solve this. I've tried reinstalling SexLab; reinstalling my skeleton (XPMSE); running FNIS again; moving FNIS.esp to the bottom; moving my skeleton to the bottom; reregistering the animations through the SexLab MCM; hitting the Clean System button in the SexLab MCM; de-installing Creatures through the FNIS button then remaking the FNIS behavior files; and have FNIS, SKSE, and MO checked to run with admin rights. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to how to fix this? Thank you.

While scouring the forums for anything that resembles my problem, I saw someone say that you had to delete the "mod" you make after generating your FNIS files before running FNIS and saving that new overwrite as a new mod. So delete old FNIS overwrite, run FNIS, save new overwrite. That fixed the animations not playing and gave me OK's on all of the above in the MCM!

For these checks to be properly detected you need to be in 3rd person camera. It doesn't make much difference in the install process anyways, and it's something you can read yourself if you check the additional info when you move your mouse over these checks. So don't worry about it and make sure you're meeting all the requirements.
