How do I turn my NPCs (raiders, settlers, etc.) into super babes?

Please excuse my ignorance, but I'm somewhat new at FO4 modding. I noticed in another thread people are posting pictures of these amazingly gorgeous and sexy characters from their game. Are those characters all player characters?

 

Also, I see a lot of mention of bodyslide presets and stuff. Are those just for player characters, or is there a way to apply them to randomized NPCs too?

 

I'm just having a hard time getting my random NPCs to look good, and I don't even know if it's possible. I play a male character, so it's really just about sexifying everybody else in the commonwealth, heh.

Thanks! I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what bodyslide is, though. Can it be used to affect the looks of random NPCs?

I think bodyslide is for making a body for your player but there is nothing stopping you from using it to make other bodies that you take from your folder after you make them and placing them in the folder everyone uses to give them a different body.

I think the OP may be looking for NPC replacers.  Here are two Hot Mama Murphy and Rez's Settler Makeover.  Not sure if either will be to your taste.
