SOS not working with sexlab and making some weird results

SO I am using SOS as my male nude body and I am getting really weird results. I have used Osex in the past and had a few minor issues with the mod but never like this. Can anyone help with a fix for the below screen shots

Usually a problem like this is skeleton related.  What skele are you using?  The best result is using XPMSE (available here and Nexus).  The skele included with SOS is fine, but outdated.  If you are using XPMSE, I would reinstall it.  The basic rule for skeletons is "Install it last".  If using NMM or manually installing mods, make XPMSE the last thing you install and it should overwrite everything.  If using ModOrganizer, make sure that XPMSE has the highest priority in the left pane (install order).
