[QUESTION] How do I turn off Auto-Masturbation?

Hi guys!
I have a lot of mods, and among them are Sexlab and Aroused redux. I'm seeing an issue where I suddenly stop what I'm doing and masturbate no matter what I'm up to! This is WEIRD in the middle of fighting for my life versus bandits who just all freeze and watch then we fight more. o_o

I went into Aroused and disabled the female aroused idles (and males) and it still happens. I've combed through mods I thought might could cause this and have not found an answer as of yet! Any help would be so appreciated.

No clue myself, altho you have a bunch of Sexlab mods I've never used.  It may be worth running a papyrus log and noting exactly when it happens, then check the log to see if the mod that causes it prints debug lines so it can be identified.

So far, no answer there. But I have disabled all the masturbation anims to try and see if that works. Hoping someone will know something...

I can confirm that disabling all the masturbation anims seems to be a viable workaround. Not optimal, but better than the former.
If ANYONE has any idea what causes this... I'd love to know!

there are a lot of mods that CAN cause this behavior (i treat it as a reason to try to control arousal).

 

some mods have a masturbate on removal setting (when certain things are removed pc will masturbate), some have a masturbate on arousal (when arousal is above

a certain number pc will masturbate), and some have items that can cause the same at times (one of my mods has a set of pugs that occasionally cause an orgasm

at random times when they are inserted, and while this is technically not masturbation it does look like it when it occurs).

 

to try to limit the times it happens, what you would need to do is to check the MCM settings for all your installed mods.  look for any setting having to do with

masturbation or arousal.  if it has a masturbation setting, you should be able to see what triggers the masturbation (and possibly either turn it off or adjust

when it happens). if it has arousal settings you should be able to learn what the setting will cause (and possibly adjust what triggers when).

 

SLEN i know has a masturbate if above a certain arousal setting (adjustable), and if i remember right DDI has a masturbate on belt removal setting (toggleable).

 

depending on how the mod was written will determine when it checks conditions.  some check at certain timed intervals (some check for combat and some do not before

running this check), some when items are added/removed, and some will check only under certain conditions.  to determine when a mod (or mods) checks for stuff to

trigger you would have to read the individual mods main page and support threads.
