Help on how to convert hairs/clothing from other games into Skyrim?

Hello, I'm unsure if this is the right place to be posting this but I would like help on how to convert hairstyles from other games into Skyrim. I've seen hair conversions from the Sims, and I would love to know how to do it! It'd be for personal use but every time I attempt to try and seek out tutorials, help or anything of the sort, the information is usually outdated, and I'm wondering if someone would steer me in the right direction or give me a brief guide on how to do it?

Im not an expert but you can use 3D Ripper DX to get .Obj and other Data from Games.

Hello, thank you for posting! I should mention, I do understand how to get OBJ. and Meshes from other games, I think the part I need more help in is editing the mesh, and how to get it into Skyrim itself!

I have 3DS Max 2018, and other programs like nifskope, CK - if that helps. Thanks!
