I have downloaded the updated version of Wicked Whims and it says it has the animated penis rig installed in the file now......how do I get the animations to work such as bouncing nuts and animated cock?

No the right place for the topic but only the animations made with the new rig will have the penis animated (also depends on the animation) and those who have been made before the rig will not have the penis animated. Currently, some animators are creating or uploading animations for the rigged penises.
